Service & Return policy:
Returns or exchanges are permitted, provided the customer purchased the product through our mail order or website and it is within 7 days of received items.
The item must return and keep in the orginal condition.Dirty shoes will be returned to the customer, without evaluation.
Then we will give you a full refund.
